Initial Discovery

We’ll begin by asking a range of question’s so we can fully scope your project out, understand the ambitions and the challenges we might face along the way.

Building the Brief

Our internal teams will get together to build some options that meet the criteria of the original brief. At this point, we’ll either invite you to our headquarters and present some options back to your team and take any necessary feedback to tweak the project.

Samples and Testing

This is where the magic happens! You’ll receive some samples to begin trialling and will ensure we’re with you every step of the way gaining appropriate feedback from you and your team.  This could be with an existing manufacturing partner or a contract manufacturer that we’ve recommended.

Full Production

The project is almost ready for launch! Before going into full production, we’ll ensure you have the best supply partner, the correct logistics in place and any additional commercials needed to create your finished products. The products will be produced and ready for dispatch.

We need to get as much information as possible to understand your requirements. If you're looking for large volumes of a product, then it's likely that we'll work directly together, but in some instances, we'll team you up with one of our global distribution partners. This simply enables you to get the products you need when you need them.

The easiest way to start this process is by filling out a contact form. If you meet specific criteria, you'll be referred to one of our distributors, or we'll ask you a few more questions, and members of the team will be in touch. We work confidentially on all projects with our customers and do not discuss other projects or formulations without prior consent from one of our partners. We know how important confidentiality is so we're happy to sign NDA’s where ever appropriate. 

Depending on your business needs, we are able to provide insights to help you understand your markets and potential opportunities, as we work closely with market Intel experts Mintel.

Sampling is an important part of any project, and we want to make sure we're getting it right for you. By filling out a contact form we can get a better understanding of your project and can recommend the right solution for you. For smaller projects, we recommend customers procure smaller quantities from our network of distribution partners, for large scale projects we may be able to offer samples directly.
